I think that a critical thing in the discussion is to even allow the words overhwhelm and stress to exist in your personal vocabulary!! If there is no awareness of these states of being, because they have become the norm, how is it possible to change anything?

For me a big breakthrough moment was in making the choice that we would say NO to doing certain things – even if the outside world was expecting it of us. It was better for us to stay in tune to our needs. Making conscious choices brings more ease into our household, and teaches my children to be aware of their needs and do something to get them met.

      Love it!
Words are powerful! Not to talk about “it” has the power of giving us focus on all the things that do work. I’m totally with you. This is the way to unleash your power.
THANK you so much for this. Very valuable!
      Love and light,
